❄️ Cold Therapy Instructions

(for swelling, headaches, or cooling relief):

1. Place in refrigerator for 2 hours or freezer for 20 minutes

2. Wrap with cloth and apply to affected area
   💜 Use for 10–15 minutes as needed 💜

🚫 Do not use on open wounds or if skin sensitivity is reduced
🚫 Avoid using more than 20 minutes at a time

🔥 Hot Therapy Instructions

(for muscle relaxation and warmth):

1. Microwave for 10 seconds
   💜 Add 10-second intervals until warm—not hot
   🚫 Never heat for more than 20 seconds at a time
   🚫 Do not reheat more than 4 times per hour
